Shipping:

All orders are processed and shipped out within 3-5 business days. For customers in the United States, ZerotoTwo has a turn around shipping time of up to 2-3 weeks on most items. Delivery to our valued international customers may take a little longer. Due to the high demand on our products, we fulfill some of our items directly from our manufacturer overseas. 

We are happy to offer free worldwide shipping on most products!

You will be notified once your order has been packaged and shipped out. Please feel free to email us at support@zerototwo.com with any questions or for specific shipping updates.

Additionally, in order to guarantee the fastest possible delivery time to our valued customers, please note that most products will be packaged and shipped out individually. Rest assured your payment will still be processed in one transaction.

Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges:

All purchases are final, unless an incorrect or defective item was shipped. All items are inspected before shipping them to our valued customers.

If you have received an incorrect or defective item, please contact us within seven (7) days of receipt to request a refund. If over seven (7) days have gone by, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Please email us at support@zerototwo.com with your order confirmation number and explanation. We may ask you to send photos to verify the defective item. If you are approved for a refund, then a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. All refund decisions are final.
