Is this website legit? Is my payment secure?

We are 100% legit, and are proud to offer the latest baby fashions at some pretty awesome prices! Our website is PCI DSS compliant, and all payments are securely processed through PayPal or Shopify payments. No personal information is received by our company.

How much is shipping?

We have a flat shipping fee of $3.99 per order. International orders may have an additional fee. No sales tax will be charged.

How long does shipping take?

Processing and shipping times will vary by product. All orders are shipping from our US warehouse located in Montgomery County, Maryland.

Approximate processing + shipping times are as follows:

  • Ready to Ship products (RTS) – 3-5 days 
  • T-Shirts – 7-14 days
  • Moccasins & Accessories - 1-3 weeks

Our products are sent through USPS with 2-3 day shipping. You will receive an automatic email as soon as your order has shipped, along with a tracking number. Delivery to our valued international customers may take slightly longer. 

We are not responsible for shipping delays due to incorrect or missing shipping information, so please make sure everything is entered correctly at checkout.

How can I track my order?

You will receive an automatic email as soon as your order has shipped, along with a tracking number. If you haven’t received your tracking number, please feel free to email us at support@zerototwo.com, and we’re happy to update your order with it. You’ll receive automated updates as your products are delivered.

What is your return/refund policy?FAQ's

Customer satisfaction is our #1 priority, and we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. Please contact us within seven (7) days of receipt with your specific request. If you have received an incorrect item, or a t-shirt with printing errors, we will send you a replacement. You will be asked to email us a photo of the item received. For other returns, you will be responsible for shipping. Unfortunately we cannot refund or allow returns once seven (7) days have passed from delivery.

Personalized items and free + shipping offers are final sale and cannot be returned.

Can I make changes to my order after it’s been placed?

Please make sure your product and shipping information is correct before placing your order. If you notice a mistake, let us know immediately. We cannot guarantee we’ll be able to make any changes if the order has already been processed. Unfortunately we aren't responsible if a package is undeliverable due to missing or incorrect address information.
